EF. REC24-09/0002 // RECRUITMENT: TWO (2) FIELD AGENTS
Position based in Brickaville, Madagascar
Jacarandas is seeking two (2) field agents who will be responsible for:
- Acting as a communication liaison between Jacarandas (Project Manager, Certification Manager) and the network of farmer producers.
- Implementing the practical aspects of projects from the development department.
- Monitoring the application of current regulations governing Organic Agriculture and fair trade among producers, as well as ensuring compliance with the contract between the producers and the company.
- Ensuring the compliance of certified products during production.
- Following up on campaigns and monitoring high-risk suppliers.
Profile:
- Bac + 2 Technician in agricultural extension or equivalent.
- Experience in rural facilitation.
- Able to work in the field.
- Good physical condition for frequent field visits.
- Strong interpersonal and teaching skills.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Knowledge of organic farming.
- Holder of a category A driving license.
- Honest and hardworking.
