Position Description:
We are looking for a Director of Finance and Human Resources to join and strengthen our team in Antananarivo. You will be the cornerstone of Jacarandas’ financial, strategic, and human resource management, overseeing our administrative, finance, and HR teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee accounting, cash flow, and the production of accurate financial reports

Develop and monitor the annual budget; ensure sound and transparent financial management

Lead financial projects to optimise the company’s financial performance and strategic position

Define and supervise administrative, accounting, and financial management in line with strategic decisions and current financial, tax, and commercial regulations

Define and implement the company’s HR management strategy, including personnel administration, workforce planning, training, and internal communication

Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team to achieve shared goals, aligned with our values of respect, innovation, and sustainability
Candidate Profile:

Degree in Finance, Management, or Human Resources

At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the natural products or agri-food sector

Strong skills in financial and human resource management

Demonstrated leadership, organisational abilities, team spirit, and commitment to our values

Proficiency in French and Malagasy; English is a plus
